purpose identified at the time of collection. Only authorized personnel have access to personal information
based on the business needs for which it was collected. Physical, administrative and technical measures
are in place to ensure that the information is not disclosed or shared for reasons other than
achieving the purpose for which it was collected.
Personal Information Defined – Personal information is information that can be used to identify
or contact a specific individual and may also include survey responses expressing an individual’s
opinion. Publicly available information or business contact information is not considered personal
information.

Refund Policy
If you change your mind for any reason, our company is happy to honour your decision.
Cancellations may be made for a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee; however, no
refunds will be given after August 18, 2012. If you need to cancel, you can do so by
emailing a cancellation notice, along with the name of attendee(s), payment method,
and phone number/email address.

Refunds will be issued as either a credit to the credit card used for the original
contribution, or by cheque if the transaction was made with a cheque.
